When should I expect my order to arrive?

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER... PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE SHIPMENT. ONCE SHIPPED, Packages should arrive within 5 to 7 business days shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Once I have placed an order online, can I make changes to or cancel?

If we haven't shipped yet, then there is still a chance! Please email our Aloha Kissed at mailto:info@alohakissed.com.


How will I know if you have received my order?

If you dont get the automatic email response within 24 hours, email us and we will be able to check the status of your order.


What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?

Due to high demand for many of our items, alohakissed.com cannot always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you via e-mail. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped and you will never be charged for the items that are no longer available.


Does alohakissed.com accept international orders?

The Aloha Kissed website can only accept orders from the 50 United States. Yet, we will happily assist with any international orders via phone or email. Please call our sales staff at +1 (808) 728-2211 during regular business hours (10 AM to 5 PM HST)  or email info@alohakissed.com to check product availability and get a current shipping quote. International customers are responsible for paying all costs related to shipping the order, including shipping, duties, tariffs etc.



How much will it cost to ship my order?

Because we truly appreciate your business, Aloha Kissed ships all US packages for just $5!



What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days from date of purchase. Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. For credit card refunds, we'll credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing band and/or billing cycle.

We recommend that you insure your package and only return with Priority Mail, which allows you to track your package via Delivery Confirmation. Returns CANNOT be shipped via First Class Mail. Please write the return authorization number visibly on the outside of the return package.
